Dead Man's Justice - ★★★★★ reviews (see below)
- A place of Evil (A sequel to the first Stone & Mcleish thriller, The Seventh Island)
After surviving stalking and terror on the beautiful islands in the Caribbean, Stone has returned home to New York where he knew he would be safe.
WRONG !
His first duty was to attend a funeral but he's arrested for murder, not once, three times. Evil follows him and threatens his family.
See who survives...
"...could not put it down! Great characters & fast moving story line with lots of twists & turns. Can't wait for Greg's next book!"
"...is even more exciting and action-packed than the first book : more great writing - and a recommended can't-put-down read. Well done!"

★★★★★ Reviews For 'DEAD MAN'S JUSTICE' a Stone & McLeish Thriller
I'm very grateful to the kind readers who took the time to write a review for DEAD MAN'S JUSTICE.

Having recently finished The Seventh Island I had to read the next book in the series & was not disappointed! Actually read this at every opportunity - breaks at work, before bed & even while waiting on the kettle boiling! Even shed a wee tear with Stone at the end - not sure if it was the storyline or whether its because I've finished reading it & the next book isn't out yet!!'
★★★★★ Review John Bennett (UK) 'Very good book to read...' wrote:- (25.02.13) (Amazon UK)

★★★★★ Review Janice (US) 'Thrilling from start to finish' wrote:- (15.06.12) (Amazon US)
I read both "The Seventh Island" and the sequel, "Dead Man's Justice." Wow! I seriously expect both books to be made into an amazing movie. Gregory Stenson is a natural story teller. He's the new author to watch grow into a big name star of novels. The Caribbean setting in the first book was a big plus. I hope Gregory will take us back to Trinidad in future books. "Dead Man's Justice" gives us a frightening tour of New York City, introducing us to people we never want to meet. Both books are one intriguing story with the stars being Brad Stone and Guy McLeish, who work together like a well oiled machine. I'm looking forward to the next book by this author.
★★★★ Review Alice L Kent (US) Action packed thriller by a new author to me Gregory Stenson wrote:- (08.06.12) (Amazon US)
This story is about Stone and his long time buddy Mac and they will do whatever it takes to clear Stone of being charged with a murder he did not commit. Stone is being set up and now must try to prove that getting off the "guilty list" he must do whatever it takes to stay alive and prove that he is not guilty.
Gregory definitely has the talent to keep his readers engrossed through out the entire story with no fluff fillers added, with lots of exciting twists, turns, action, me wondering what Mac and Stone will be up to next and me saying "yikes" - that had to hurt like heck and that will leave a mark for sure action. Stone and Mac's - let's go get em' attitudes enhanced the excitement throughout this story and it certainly takes you on a wild ride.
Gregory's descriptions were well defined and there are a lot of characters and places in this story yet they flowed perfectly for me.
I have to say that Gregory handled ( can't tell you where it is located because it would be a spoiler) but he handled one part of the story as tastefully and with sensitivity and for that part I was thrilled.
I am looking forward to reading more of the Stone & McLeish e-books, I have The Seventh Island on my Kindle. Great story Mr. Stenson !!
★★★★ Review Fiona Johnson (Scotland) A very enjoyable read!, wrote:- (23.05.12) (Amazon UK)
Do you like to just get caught up in a story? I know I do and Dead Man's Justice is just that! This is the 2nd novel from Stenson about Stone and his sidekick Mac who are unlucky enough to get mixed up with some dodgy characters who try their very best to kill them...again and again!
Set in NYC, the story picks up from the first novel 'The Seventh Island' which I recommend that you read first. Many of the characters appear again and lots of loose ends are tied up in the plot.
This is easy reading that moves along at a pace. It has likeable characters with a slightly 'old-fashioned' edge to them - good manners and standards still exist in Stone's world and he even tries to forgive those who have set out to damage him.
Looking forward to book 3!
★★★★★ Review D.G.Torrens - Fantastic - A brilliant thriller, wrote:- (22.04.12) (Amazon UK)
"Dead Man's Justice" is the sequel to Seventh Island" I really loved the first book and just had to download this one too! I was so excited by this book! As I turned each page I could not wait to turn the next, this really had me sitting on the edge of my seat... Stone is wrongly arrested for murder, everything is stacked against him once again. Having left Trinidad for New York he thought life would be easier. Stone could not have been more wrong. He sets himself the challenge of bringing the true killer to justice. Until this has been achieved his life will be a living nightmare. His hopes of spending more time with his loved ones are dashed. His life remains at risk, and those he loves too. A race against time, a killer, unexpected twists and turns that will have you on the edge of your seat for the whole fast paced journey! I urge you to download the first book in this series too... You will not be disappointed! Gregory Stenson is a very talented author. I will most definitely be buying his next book. In fact I will be waiting with great anticipation. Well done to the author. I would have given this book six star rating if I could...

"Stone thought it was all over when he left the Caribbean and the ordeal he had been through ...
WRONG .. The nightmare was only just beginning in New York !
The sequel to The Seventh Island (which you must read first) is even more exciting and action-packed than the first book : more great writing from our new author Gregory Stenson - and a recommended can't-put-down read. Well done!"
